About the Position

We are seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our innovative team and help shape the user experience of our unified DataOps platform. You’ll play a crucial role in translating complex data operations into intuitive and seamless experiences, driving user engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure that design thinking is integrated into every aspect of our platform. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with the product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly interface that simplifies complex data workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency across the platform.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Matia’s platform remains at the forefront of UX/UI design.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong understanding of responsive design and interaction design principles.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI skills and experience designing complex data-driven platforms or systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• A passion for simplifying complex processes and creating intuitive user experiences.
• Experience in DataOps or similar fields is a plus.

Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramat Gan (walking distance from both train stations).
